The car wash also comes with 4 existing detailing bays (which currently net over $50,000 annually), and as a fully equipped turnkey operation including counters, drainage, lighting, plumbing, electrical, storage room, equipment room, one month worth of supplies, machinery, power sprayers, polishers, vacuum systems, uniforms, towels...Managers and employees can also be included at purchaser's discretion.
