Nutrition House was founded in 1973 on the wellness lifestyle of Amelia Domingez and her children Lilian and Aldo. We began franchising outlets in 1993, extending nationwide our commitment to the health of Canadians. Today, over 75 Nutrition House stores are located in enclosed shopping centres across Canada. With the largest variety of natural health products of any Canadian chain, we offer our own line of branded products.
The first restaurant opened in Toronto, Ontario in March of 1968. Right from the start, the concept was simple: sell quality subs, make them fresh, and serve them fast. And above all, give customers value for their money. That thinking was what brought people to our restaurants back in the 60's, and it continues to create new customers today.
The Sandwich Tree concept was launched in Vancouver in 1978 to serve the hectic corporate lunch market. Today, original fresh soups and sandwiches are complimented by an extensive menu, including hot lunches and a full range of breakfast items. We are also widely recognized for our business catering expertise. With stores from Victoria to St. John and development throughout Quebec, Sandwich Tree continues to evolve, grow, and prosper.
