Competition / Market:

This is a one of a kind property. Many of our guests have reminded us of this. The house sleeps 16 people and is very modern in its design and furnishings. Nothing like it (with live in staff) anywhere in Alberta. Great reviews online. One such example: Maureen- Three generations, including three married couples so all our 3 granddaughters had their own room. We were there over Christmas and it was nice to have the tree and other decorations done by our hosts. The dining room was large enough for the 9 of us (but would have seated 12). The 2 dishwashers and huge fridge with freezer were essential and there was another fridge in the basement. During our 5 night stay we used almost all the amenities - theatre room, pool table, arcade basketball, sauna and other spa features. We had one dog with us and there were many places outside of the property to walk her (and ourselves). For the price, I don't think there is another place in the province of Alberta that is this large and with this many exceptional features.
