Our business' founder has retired and we are in search of a business partner to fill a skills gap in production and sales.
The current owners are the CFO and COO. We wish to sell about 1/3 of the business but we can negotiate more or less percentage if desired by all parties.
Our machine shop has capacity and ability to create aerospace-grade parts that meet high standards and we are ISO 9001:2015 registered.
