This is a retirement sale, after 14 years of ownership.....we camped here in our RV for 2 years prior to negotiating a purchase, so we knew it pretty well in advance. I am 74, with a younger family & looking forward to introducing my 12 year old son to his roots, back in the UK & Europe.
Originally a campground of 1960's vintage & occupying just 6 of our 13 acres, we have recently opened up the other 7 acres that has 1500ft of RIVERSIDE frontage to the SKYE RIVER......here we have installed 11 more sites and we have space for another 50 or more, depending on how a new owner might wish to expand further.
These sites are already attracting new visitors, with the planned addition of KAYAKS next season, which will allow direct access into the Bras d'Or lake.
A major feature of our campground is that it is serviced with City Water & City Sewer......NO septic system or well water to worry about......!!
We offer both seasonal & overnight camping sites [tents/trailers/RV's etc].
The campground is currently licensed for 100 sites & this can easily be increased.
