Incredible opportunity for an experienced ecommerce and digital marketing team with online and brick and mortar retail experience to acquire the “brand in a box”, ready to GROW assets of a very trendy, fashion forward baby and kids bamboo sleepwear brand, and dominate the Canadian marketplace to compete with the ultra successful US brands Kyte and Little Sleepies. Potential for expansion into the US and Global markets via expanding retail partnerships.
We have invested $0 in ongoing paid marketing. All our sales have been via influencers trialing our sleepers for their own children and promoting our incredible products and brand on Instagram.
We have a loyal, “soft obsessed” following with our customers and have had ZERO returns and a high repeat customer rate.

**BRAND STORY**
We are a wife and husband team with full time careers in Retail and Technology, both having worked for Fortune 500 brands. With the birth of our daughter in 2020, we fell in love with Bamboo clothing ordering from major US online retailers, but were frustrated with the lack of access to premium sleepwear in Canada and the friction with the currency exchange and shipping costs to order from the two major US brands.
Over a 12 month period we invested over 1000 hours of our time and $100k+ in developing a sleepwear brand. We built the logo, secured trademarks, built a premium shopify ecommerce store, worked with a world class european designer, and established a manufacturing agreement with China’s #1 bamboo sleepwear clothing supplier for North America.
**OUR FUTURE INVOLVEMENT**
What is most important for us is to see this brand grow! We are open to remaining on as consultants on a paid or royalty arrangement. We realize we can’t give 100% of ourselves to every endeavor. We are highly creative, but don’t have the digital marketing and clothing retail experience and network to take the step and drive this brand to its full potential.
