A large percentage of the business is self starting, so there is very little needed oversight and management of individual staff. All staff members have direct point to point contact with their clients, and team leader.

All employees work from home (in Canada, not overseas) on a company-provided PC and IP-based softphone. This reduces the company's overhead on lease space, which also helps with flexible schedules for staff, makes recruiting easier, and allows the company to draw from a much larger talent pool.
