Established Collectible Store In Edmonton For Sale

We have a collectible store for sale that we have been building continuously for almost 4 years. Two of them are COVID. It has been a lot of work for my son and me. My son needs more free time, and I am disabled, so we are testing the waters about letting our beautiful store go. It is stock heavy; we don’t have an inventory as yet, but it’s 2300 square feet of mostly action figures. We are located in an improvement district that is continually adding more unique stores and decor. The building we are in is older but financially sweet. You can renew the lease for a few years if you wish. I have been going for only one year.
