We are a custom residential landscape company and have been in business for 22+ years.
We have a solid clientele base and reputation in the Canmore and Banff areas, and serve the area from Lake Louise to Cochrane and Calgary, with the potential to expand geographically. The business is fully licensed to operate in the province of Alberta, and with the New West Partnership Trade Agreement can expand to Sask and BC.
Gross sales have ranged from $350,000 to more recently $178,000. There is a proven opportunity to increase sales by well over $700,000; the Bow Valley has a very high level of development.
We have approx 4-8 employees between April and November, with several subcontractors.
Winter operations were done in the past but for personal reasons are not now.
There is ample opportunity to integrate snow removal and winter operations.
