Since the day we opened 10 years ago, this little 'gold mine' has been profitable business. We have worked the space hard and created a following over the years with a fresh, seasonal menu. Business is big in the summer months, we added catering to help us through the slow season and took 6 weeks off a year for a much needed break.
Serious enquires only. We are hoping to sell to someone who will carry the farm to table concept as we do provide a large revenue stream to local farmers. The market part of the business does account for around 25% of revenues and all contacts would be provided to continue this side of the business.
As locals, we will continue to live in the area and focus on food production right next door to this space. The name of the business is not part of the sale. The space itself is in good shape and right for the a person(s) who has loads of energy, loves to cook and wants to live in one of the most beautiful places in the world.
