Purchase includes the exclusive Master Distribution rights of British Columbia, granting you the further rights to sub-license our Floor Safety Business Packages, sold to independent contractors and entrepreneurs alike, as Dealers, in cities and townships throughout BC, including the Greater Vancouver region.
With your purchase, you will receive thirty (30) Floor Safety Businesses Packages, valued at $25,000.00 each, and when sold, your Return on investment (ROI) will be $750,000.00. We will include the products, marketing and promotional materials. The company can arrange to ship Business Packages for you and will drop ship them for free or for a minimal charge to most locations in BC. All 30 Floor Safety Business Packages are included and will be in place for you and ready to go. You and each Dealer will also receive your own personal website inked to the company’s website.
Each Dealer package includes $10K of products. The Return on Investment (ROI) for products included in each Dealer package is almost 400% or $40,000 Installed. The balance of the $15,000 is the Dealer Licensing Fee payable to the Master Distributor.
As the Master Distributor, you will also be provided with the Company's large existing Corporate and private client base in the Greater Vancouver area, worth over six figures annually. You will also receive 10% of the invoice when your Dealers install or rejuvenate floors for any of the Company’s Corporate clients, by the Company.
Clients include hotels, motels, restaurants, and their franchises, municipal swimming pools and rec centers, including Property Managers, strata corporations and much more.
Recurring Sales:
Once a hard surface floor is treated it requires annual rejuvenation. Because of its unique micro-grooving process, the floors require regular daily cleaning with a special environmentally safe cleaning solution (Clean Step™) provided by the Company. This special cleaning solution keeps the grooves clean from grime and grease which decreases the anti-slip effectiveness. The company will only warranty the floors anti-slip effectiveness if the client uses this cleaning product.
Most restaurants and hotels also use our concentrated cleaning solution, as their dedicated all-purpose cleaner because of its superior sanitizing and degreaser effectiveness and significantly inexpensive cost compared to other cleaning products.
