Sales Revenue:

Authorized Dealership Territories:
There are approximately forty identified Dealership Territories available in BC. The Master License holder can keep some or all of the dealership territories and sell the rest of the dealership territories to individual dealers for $25,000, which includes a onetime licensing fee of $10,000 paid directly to the Master License holder. GFSN Business Location / What You Get:
With your purchase, you will secure the sole and exclusive distribution rights of a Master License of GFSN Canada for the Province of British Columbia (the “Territory”). You will be authorized by GFSN Canada to sell and supply GFSN Products and Services, with the further rights to sub-license and supply GFSN Authorized Dealers within your Territory.
Included in the Purchase Price:
• For $375,000, you will receive our exclusive “Product Package”, returning up to $1,125,000.
• With each Product Package, you will receive essential start-up products, including key marketing materials and promotional supplies, e.g., brochures, logo embroidered shirts,
and vehicle signage, sufficient to supply up to 25 Authorized Dealer startups.
• Also included is a customized “Floor Care Safety” website for the Master License holder
and each authorized dealer startup.
• Free shipping of our Product Package to your location.
Revenue Streams:
1. Receive up to 800% in profits on anti-slip applications.
2. Your local customers sales will come from many sources, see Business Highlights below, where you will secure and manage those customers under your jurisdiction and
control. We will show you how.
3. Included in your agreement you will inherit a rich list of existing Corporate Clients in the Greater Vancouver area, worth six figures annually, and the Company will continue to
grow Corporate Clients for you.
4. Receive regular and ongoing residual income from consumable cleaning product sales,
sold to the customer to maintain their treated floors.
