Armo Brands Inc., the company behind the Fresh Burger™ brand, today announced the formation of a new special purpose entity that will operate licensed Fresh Burger restaurants throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

The new entity, C6 Capital Partners Limited, will be a key partner in Fresh Burger’s growth strategy, creating a focused platform to accelerate expansion into priority urban and suburban markets across the GTA.

The first restaurant operated under the new structure will be a 1,500 square feet store located at 565 Bloor Street West at the corner of Bathurst, marking Fresh Burger’s second downtown Toronto location. Additional openings are planned as the company expands its presence across Toronto.

Following in the footsteps of our Queen Street West location, the Bloor Street West restaurant is expected to be followed by two additional Toronto downtown locations as part of the company’s well-planned expansion strategy.

Fresh Burger currently operates locations throughout the GTA and continues to evaluate strategic expansion opportunities in high-quality markets.
