REQUIREMENTS

There are only a few requirements for the Kindling Cannabis licensee:

• $200,000-$250,000 Liquid Capital for all pre-opening expenses (there is NO financing in the Cannabis industry unless you used pre-approved funding methods (LOC, HLOC, etc.) 
• An additional small reserve of cash to fund the business until operating breakeven is reached
• No Criminal Record/Background + Canadian Citizen Residing in Ontario
• Willingness to incorporate your own business
