Music Academy with an intimate 65-seat venue for sale in inner city Calgary.
Currently, the Academy operates primarily Monday to Thursday with a group classroom that can accommodate 20 people with instruments or 35 without. There are 2 spacious private lesson rooms with windows and acoustic pianos.
During the Academy hours, the lobby also operates as a cafe and is set up for Skip the Dishes and Uber Eats.
Currently, the facility transforms into a live music venue for Friday/Saturday/Sunday with evening shows and Brunch on Saturday/Sunday mornings. There is a stage with lighting/state of the art sound system, grand piano, drums, bass rig, etc. Other schools use the facility on Saturday/Sunday afternoons for their recitals.
