The MTY training program involves both classroom and in-restaurant training delivered by experienced trainers. Full 4 weeks of Training is included in the price. In addition to franchisee training, our corporate field trainer comes to your restaurant to help you successfully open your location. Then, the Business Development Manager (BDM) will focus on planning sales building initiatives.
Our dedication does not end when you open the doors of your restaurant. We provide on-going communication, operational tools, job aids and Learning courses.
Additionally, your BDM provides on-going support with regular visits to your restaurant, and is committed to answering your questions and helping you run an efficient and profitable business.
