We currently only operate this business from May Long Weekend until September Long Weekend each year (12 weeks in total typically). The only reason we do not do this is that we have two locations in Saskatchewan and typically have to pick one to close down early each year (just happens to be this one, both are equally viable into the fall).

There is also huge potential for winter activity as Elk Ridge Resort and also Prince Albert National Park has several year-round accommodation providers. Winter sauna rentals, nordic spa experience, sled rentals, atv rentals, snow removal contracting...lots of options!

Reasons for selling:
