The opportunity includes a registered Canadian company, HST registration, an established Shopify website with approximately 500 SEO-focused location pages, Square payment setup, an established business phone number, customer continuity, supplier and vendor connections, and experience across personalized hampers, corporate gifting, seasonal collections and live-event personalization.
The physical setup includes the xTool F2 Ultra UV machine with air purifier, existing inventory, baskets, packaging and decorative supplies, twelve stainless-steel storage racks, two 6-foot tables, an L-shaped worktable, six pegboards, an Epson Workforce 4820 printer, live-event display equipment, a photography background stand, branded bags and boxes, stationery, tools, florals and production materials.
Two months of transition guidance, supplier introductions and local sourcing support are included. The proposed structure requires a negotiable $15,000 CAD upfront buy-in for the agreed operating assets, established setup and transition value. Continuing ownership, profit-sharing and partnership terms will be discussed privately with qualified candidates.
