and maintain steady growth in both environments.
As of December 2024, the company has proven concept with 35 homes and a market value of $19M with $8.1M in equity.
In 2025, they will purchase an additional 24 properties. Over the next three years, 108 properties. The company will continue to grow, purchasing 12 more properties than the previous year. By the end of 2032, The company will own 528 properties with an asset value of $340M.
The company is seeking a active/ passive equity partner with investment of $1.5 million. The Funds will be used mostly to acquire new properties. In return, investors can expect double-digit annual returns; an investment securitized by residential real estate; and a principle guarantee by the existing directors certifying the investor’s shares never drop below 1.5M.
