BUSINESS HIGHLIGHTS
The Company engineers and manufactures plant-based materials, turning agricultural by-products into high performance, compostable products for a diverse list of customer markets and applications. The Company operates a state-of-the-art, vertically integrated facility with substantial unused capacity and a pipeline of near-commercial products that align directly with regulatory and customer demand for sustainable materials. Operating at roughly 10% to 25% of a single shift and able to scale rapidly with modest added labor, the plant exhibits strong operating leverage, creating a clear path to double-digit million revenue without heavy CAPEX.
INVESTMENT APPEAL
• Vertical Integration: The only fully vertically integrated platform in North America, the Company’s processes minimize logistics friction and enables tight process control across each unit operation. For customers, that integration translates into consistent specs, faster engineering, and shorter commercialization cycles. For a buyer, it means fewer external dependencies, more predictable costs, and the ability to prioritize high margin product runs without waiting on outside processors.
• Outstanding Growth Opportunities: With multiple product lines nearing commercialization, the Company is in late stage discussions with a major meal delivery service for a large thermal insulation program, has secured placement with a home improvement company for retail, and has developed a construction panel that is moving toward patent protection and third-party certification with potential for major expansion.
• Specialized Equipment: The Company has adapted machinery to run synthetic and natural fibers including plant-based materials, flax, wood, synthetics, and custom blends since the plant-based product’s unusually high strength and variability can damage conventional equipment. As such, the Company’s proprietary modifications to handling, feed, and process windows allow the line to run reliably at industrial volumes.
