Shop is a lifestyle shop for modern families with an emphasis on eco friendly brands. 31% of the brands are brought in from Denmark for their unique and modern designs. It is has our most popular brand that parents actively look for and purchase. Many of our brands are sourced all around the world including Denmark, Netherlands, US, Australia, Europe and Japan. The company prides themselves on finding modern and great quality brands.

Operations
Currently the business operates out of our home. This could be moved to a 3PL location if needed. I work on this business approximately 4 hrs a day with searching for new and unique brands, buying responsibilities, social media and general customer inquires along with shipping out orders and organizing the stockroom. We have a part-time employee that helps with packing and organizing incoming shipments.
Main expenses is on importing the new brands, the inventory and shipping to customers by a part-time employee.
The Company generates approximately 80% of its sales from direct site visits, organic search, its email lists, and other non-paid channels over the last three years. This is a high percentage of sales coming from the brand rather than paid advertising. Company does hire a marketing agency that runs google, Facebook/Instagram and Pinterest ads.
Customers
My customers mostly find me on Instagram or through my targeted ads. They follow and are loyal. New parents are the bulk of my customers and their spend is high. We sell 75% to Canada, 20% to US and 5% other such as Europe and Japan. Huge opportunity to reach more customers in the US.
Financials
There was a 40% growth during lockdowns but things seem to be flattening out.
There is an opportunity to increase profit margin as it is currently not strong. The placements of better logistics and higher margin products can significantly bring up the profit margin.
Inventory value is estimated at an average of 74K. Buyer will need add or subtract the actual inventory value on top of purchase price.
The company has a formal valuation for any interested buyers.
