There is no company for sale, just assignment of leases and chattels within the units. You will recieve the legal right to all the leases, all the furnishings, supplies, damage deposits, existing reservations on the books and damage deposits for each lease.

The business was initially set up in my various holding corporations which own real estate assets, therefore, there is no single company being sold, just assignment of the leases.

Business Summary:
These are rental arbitrage leases, a hospitality business. I rent properties long-term, furnished, staged, and set up, then sublease to short-term tenants and travellers.

Each landlord understands the business. For each lease the landlord has signed sublet addendums acknowledging the sublease for short-term use as my discretion . Many leases started in 2019 and are Year to Year with few rent increases.

Reason For Sale:
I no longer have time or interest in growing this business; my primary business is redeveloping commercial real estate and buying short-term rentals in the U.S.

I intend to simplify my life by removing the additional time for the rental arbitrage model and just focus on properties that I own.
