Located near from Ottawa, Aylmer & Renfrew. No competition in the immediate area for grooming. Highly sustainable business with room for growth. 2 years of covid lockdowns (over 20weeks of total lockdowns) left us with the same income as 2019.
Room for growth: retail is minimal and focused on food/treats (consumables), Canadian based companies... Two tubs: self-wash is a good option; table rental to an additional groomer... All equipment: clipper vac, IV San Bernard Spa machine, two hydraulic tables, two cage banks, shelving etc. thousands in brushes, shears, thinners, blades, clippers...(much unopened). 55 minutes from resupply(city stores) so lots of back-up kept on hand. Rent/overhead expenses is minimal (1K) so profit is high.
