Two established sushi counters inside a major supermarket chain (two locations), sold together. Both open and operating.
WHY IT'S DIFFERENT FROM A STOREFRONT
- No rent. No utilities. No commercial lease to sign or renew.
- Located inside the supermarket: builtin daily customer traffic, no marketing
spend, no signage or storefront costs.
- The head office supplies the brand, recipes, packaging and product.
- All sales ring through the supermarket's tills. The franchisor settles weekly by direct
deposit. No receivables, no chasing payment, no cash handling risk.
SALES
- Combined retail sales approx. $393,000 over the last 12 months
(approx. $7,700 per week)
- Every sale is documented on the franchisor's weekly settlement statements.
Full records and earnings provided to qualified buyers under NDA.
HOURS — DAYTIME ONLY
- Typical hours are from early morning to midafternoon, 7 days a week.
- No evenings, no late nights, no weekend dinner service.
WHO THIS SUITS
A hands-on owner, couple or family who will work the counters
themselves (roughly 40 hours a week). This is an owner-operator
business, not a passive investment. Sushi experience is an asset but
not required — the franchisor provides training and recipes, and trained staff
are in place.
TERMS
- Asking $50,000
- Transfer subject to head office approval
- Franchise agreement runs to July 2028
- Handover and training support provided by current owner
