Business requires immediate rapid expansion of larger warehousing, production line, logistics and staffing. Owner after 25 years is looking to semi-retire but will stay on as long as is required to transition into next growth stage. National Sales Manager will stay on to lead business expansion.
Ideal candidate would be an experienced business minded individual that would have current or accessible warehousing (preferred GTA-Mississauga area but open to relocation) and the ability to add in immediate space (approx. 5-10,000 sq ft just to start) for a complete production line to accommodate current demand. Immediate requirements would be a Slitting machine, industrial work table, racking for inventory and other common warehouse equipment. Future expansion would be to bring in complete manufacturing in house to increase 3x current sales. Current opportunities to increase 5x sales by expanding into overseas market that cannot be fulfilled currently because expansion is required. We currently cannot fill all PO orders due to demand.
