This vending machine business was established in Nov. 2022.
There is only 1 machine in operation, and the business in its first year made approx. $90k in sales, with EBITDA at approx. $41k. Sales have dipped since construction started in this side of the mall earlier this year however will bounce back once its over. It is not possible to move the machine as there are currently no locations available which are wired for a vending machines.

Each machine costs approx. $18k new plus another $10,000 local customization. Another expansion avenue would be to buy and licence these machines out to other individuals.
The owner dedicates approx. 2.5 hours per month to this business for social media marketing, purchasing, and online inquiries. All social channels are included in the sale along with the machine, spare parts along with suppliers and manufacturer information.
Subcontractors are in place to clean, restock, and troubleshoot the machine when needed.
The mall licensing agreement is $1500 plus GST per month plus 12% of sales revenue over and above $8000.
