Other Information

Support & training:

Once the business is sold, training of the new centre owner is required. Training occurs before settlement and takes place through our corporate office in Middle River, MD or virtually as determined by Alliance Franchise Brands. The training is designed to acquaint the new owner with the skills necessary to become successful at operating an Alliance Franchise Brands business. Some skills will be mastered during training and others will require follow-up by our field support people to achieve proficiency.

The training program is mandatory for all franchisees and covers pricing methods, general business procedures, use of equipment, purchasing, invoicing, credit and collections, marketing, advertising, promotion, and effective methods for selling signs and related products and services. In addition to the initial training program, which is up to 3 weeks at out Middle River HQ office, we will provide an additional 10 days of on-site training TBD post settlement.

The cost for this training is included in the franchise fee. The cost for meals, lodging, and transportation are not included.

Seller will provide up to 60 days on-site transition, training, customer introductions, and consulting. This is included in the purchase price.
