We provide a comprehensive training program to all franchisees. This includes a minimum of two weeks of training in a corporate restaurant, followed by franchisor assistance with:

THE INGREDIENTS OF A JOHNNY GREEKO’S FRANCHISEE

Johnny Greeko’s franchisee should be a self-motivated, hard-working individual capable of handling multiple tasks such as cooking, prepping, using a point-of-sales system and serving guests with a smile.

At first, you’ll be expected to ensure proper staffing and provide adequate training for the franchise to be successful.

The average day’s work will be to ensure that lunch and dinner services are successful, and you will be expected to be there to make sure this happens. Johnny Greeko’s is a hands-on system; you’ll need to be present as much as possible in the beginning to ensure recipes, policies and procedures are maintained as per our standards.

Depending on the volume of the location, you can hire and train front-of-house and kitchen managers to alleviate the workload.
