  • Immediate Success: The first Ramen Arashi location in Banff was an immediate success, reflecting the appeal and quality of our offerings. It has since surpassed 1,100 Google reviews and continues to flourish.
  • Following Banff, we opened a second location in Canmore and, in 2022, opened our first franchise in Victoria. Less than a year later, we opened a second franchise in Kelowna.
  • We received the 2022 CHEKie Award for Top Restaurants of the Year.

  • A fifth location is coming to Calgary, Alberta, near the downtown core, further expanding our presence in major cities.

SUPPORT & TRAINING

Ramen Arashi offers comprehensive support and training to its franchisees to ensure their success and the brand’s consistent quality.

You will receive thorough training in all operational aspects of running a Ramen Arashi restaurant, including hands-on experience in existing locations. The training team consists of staff members well-versed in the Ramen Arashi way of doing things and also covers adherence to brand standards and quality control.

Beyond operational training, Ramen Arashi guides you through business management and marketing.

After initial training, you’ll receive continual support for your location, as well as benefitting from our established relationships with suppliers, making your operation run smoothly and with goodwill on all sides.

FRANCHISEE REQUIREMENTS

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Morning Preparation: Start the day by reviewing the inventory and ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked. Oversee the preparation of fresh ingredients and the kitchen setup for the day’s service.
  • Team Briefing: Staff meeting to discuss the day’s goals and motivate the team.
  • Service Oversight: Oversee operations, upholding food quality and customer service standards.
  • Business Management: Allocate time for administrative tasks such as reviewing finances, planning, marketing activities and staff scheduling.
  • Staff Training & Development: Engage in continuous training and development of the team.
  • Community Interaction: Participate in local events or initiatives.
  • Evening Wind-Down: Oversee the closing procedures, including cleaning, inventory checks and preparation for the next day.
