Ricky’s has approximately 20 Hotel property locations. In the hotel industry, Food and Beverage is essential for guest’s satisfaction. Our hotel locations provide a franchisee with built in revenue both from hotel traffic as well as from the local community . Hotel guests demand a good breakfast and expect a quality restaurant for dinner with an available lounge area - good for relaxing at the end of the day. Ricky’s is unique, as we perform well in all three dayparts- breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Hotel locations also provide the opportunity for secondary revenue centres such as room service, integrated lounges, and catering for meetings and sports teams.

The hotel model also provides a franchisee with the ability to have a close working relationship with the hotel management and ownership. You work together on group and event business and any catering opportunities for the mutual success of both the hotel and the restaurant.
